Except for the white, the colours, blue and red, are not so near of the "Drapeau National Français". It might be my screen that isn't very well calibrated. Anyway, Blue White Red are "Les Couleurs"... Wish you a nice day. Jérôme.
You're right, it's not a very "American" blue. Our blue is at least two shades darker....
And as one friend points out, B&J's are not something you'd pick on purpose to celebrate American craftsmanship. They're not the worst VCs I've ever used, but they're pretty klunky.
