What a conundrum! So many possible comments come to mind, yet they all fade to insignificance beside the photograph. Sort of reminds me of the situation "The Spitting Image" folks found themselves in years ago.
In 1984, I was in the airport in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. I was travelling with a Lebanese as my translator. We came upon three women dressed much the same as this photo. The Lebanese gentleman took one look at one of the women and said, "Doesn't she have beautiful eyes".

Okay, I'll ask the obvious: how will he adjust levels in photoshop?
Sort of gives new meaning to "The eyes should have the critical focus".
