I'm pleased to note that we passed our first 1,000 hits after only 2 days and 17 hours, with extremely minimal publicity. Granted, it's not a million iPod Nanos in 17 days, but I'll take it. My thanks to everyone who has checked in, posted, left comments, made suggestions, and/or sent nice encouraging e-mails. Keep coming back.

Be glad you are not the publisher of the Harry Potter series who flogged 12M copies of the "Half-Blood Prince" in less than a week, but still has his lastminute extra 2.5M copies burning a hole in his warehouses.
Seriously, it's good to see you back from the overcrowded field of left-moderate-{is this really happening?} political blogs.
